Raghu Kumar Raghavelu is the Founder of the Wheelchair Pickleball Federation of India (WPFI) and the Para Pickleball Federation of India (PPFI), pioneering the structured development and governance of Wheelchair and Para Pickleball in India. Under his leadership, both Federations have been established to promote equal opportunities, competitive excellence, and international participation for athletes with disabilities.
WPFI and PPFI are affiliated with the International Para Pickleball Association (IPPA), the World Governing Body for Para Pickleball, and are committed to implementing internationally recognized rules, athlete classification systems, national ranking programs, and pathways for Indian athletes to compete at Continental and World Championships.
Through his vision, Raghu Kumar Raghavelu continues to advance the growth of para pickleball, empowering persons with disabilities through the play and earn system.
