Manjunath Rachaiah, from Mysuru, Karnataka, India, serves as the Secretary General of the Wheelchair Pickleball Federation of India (WPFI). A passionate promoter of Para Sports, he is dedicated to expanding opportunities for persons with disabilities through the development of Wheelchair Pickleball across India. With a strong commitment to inclusion, athlete empowerment, and grassroots participation, he works closely with the Federation to promote the sport, strengthen state-level organizations, and support the growth of athletes at the national and international levels. His leadership reflects WPFI's vision of building an inclusive and competitive sporting ecosystem for all. 

An International Para Athlete, he is deeply passionate about the development and empowerment of people living with disabilities through sport. He is committed to promoting Wheelchair Pickleball as a platform for inclusion, equal opportunity, and sporting excellence. Through his leadership, he actively supports the growth of Para Sports, encourages grassroots participation, and works to create greater opportunities for athletes with disabilities to compete and excel at the national and international levels.
